Why this series exists
Thirteen Office of Grants Management policies shape every Minnesota state grant, from conflict of interest at the start to evaluating grantee performance at the end. Each one is brief, but the requirements reach into Minnesota statutes, and the details matter: who signs, which deadlines apply, and what has to be in writing. When you are in the middle of a review, an award, or a payment, you need to know what applies and why.
